Leveraging our experience with both early-stage scaling and mature companies, we collaborate with partners to address challenges related to growth, scaling, internationalization, mergers, acquisitions, and turnarounds.
We have led comprehensive organizational transformations (business and culture) in one or more countries (up to 11) for periods ranging from 1 to 5 years. These projects have tackled diverse challenges, including multicultural business integrations, multi-sector group strategy shifts, cross-industry or value chain transitions, and the integration of executive committees with over 10 general managers.
To serve as a true thought partner, we have engaged in three projects as a company builder, fully committing with a vested interest in each project’s success and achieving positive exit outcomes in all cases.
We are deeply invested in exploring, studying, and understanding how technology transforms the way we organize and work. Our current focus areas include: Decentralized Autonomous Organizations, Robotic Process Automation, and Agentic Artificial Intelligence.
Over the past 15 years, we have contributed to a pro bono project supporting underserved communities by developing a sustainable upskilling methodology to integrate them into the general workforce.
